OPS-COM - Enforcement Demo

Parking enforcement often involves the necessity to track that a vehicle is at a given location beyond an allowed time.

With OPS-COM remote enforcement, a vehicle can be chalked and tracked with details such as a photo for context and a GPS location. From there and after a grace period, the vehicle may be considered to be in violation, and a citation will be issued.

A violation record in OPS-COM will also contain the virtual chalk GPS and photo details. This aids in customer service and helps to reduce disputes around parking citations.

When a violation is issued, it can be synced to the main server. A user may log into the system and pay the violation long before the patrol even returns to the office at the end of their shift.
