I'm no expert, and also not a resident of the UK, but if you have a helicopter AND armed police chasing you in the UK - you've done something way worse than just "kids being kids". Well deserved, and well done to the Police.

Calling criminals 'kids' has always been so weird to me. I saw exactly the same sentiment in an American video, where two "kids" tried to commit an armed robbery on a guy in a car. When the tables turned, people were screaming at the guy defending himself that those two were just kids, ignoring the fact that they were armed, there were two of them, and that they attacked an innocent person.

The cops are quite civil. If this was in the U.S., the whole car would have been riddled with bullet holes.

Anyone that commits an adult-like crime, should be sentenced like an adult. Laws are getting too weak, judges too soft, and criminals becoming more audaciously dangerous. What used to be right is now wrong, and what was wrong is now right....the world is going upside down.

These so called kids know more about stealing cars, burglaries, stabbing, drugs, guns, than a lot of adults do. Even though they new they couldn’t get away they still smashed a lot of cars to try. So again we’ll done to our police force, we are proud of you.
