I kinda wished they added an extra chain of quests in the game, with Lucy as your partner to severely cripple Arasaka and then an ending you unlock by doing all of these where she joins you (kinda like don't fear the reaper and then you can let her kill Smasher). Doing it alone feels...odd, like a half victory.
