How To Save With A Transparent Background In Procreate

Показать описание
When creating artwork it is sometimes required that we preserve areas of transparency in the finished design. Turning off the visibility of the background layer is a good start as it creates a transparent background within the Procreate app, but what if we wanted to save/export our artwork in a usable file and have the transparent areas remain transparent? In this tutorial we'll be going over how to do just that as we will be demonstrating how to save your design work with a transparent background in Procreate.

i have been trying to figure this out for a few hours. learned things in Davinci Fusion that was unnecessary. was much more simple. had no idea about PNG images. thanks

I Wish this worked for me 😢
If I use a png photo in Any app (even the Apple photo app) it has a square white background.
I’m so frustrated anything I try doesn’t work and no matter what different photo I try it doesn’t work and it doesn’t matter what app I use it shows a background.
I follow the steps how to do it and it doesn’t work.
Extremely annoying

I'm specifically trying to upload a Dojo Emblem to Warframe and they require the image to be 128x128 pixels as a png. So, should i be making the emblem itself as large as i can within a 128x128 frame?

I do this and the image goes to my photos with a white background still.

Ok, but how to delete the background image. In such a way that when I open the file in Photoshop I have all the layers, but without the background.
Or how to make it so that the format of the exported file is "cropped" to the illustration (without transparent pixels around)?

How the hell do I export PNGs from procreate without getting the entire empty canvas? This is driving me crazy. Im trying to export some tiny objects from a huge canvas. Like sprites for a game. And I dont want a huge negative space.
