Harbor freight tools this... Harbor Freight tools that... Yes, Harbor Freight Tools is releasing a crap ton of products! From Quinn, Bauer, Hercules, Icon, Doyle, and Pittsburgh Pro to Maddox, Earthquake and even now Chief, Harbor Freight now offers a wide variety of brands to choose from, and this new harbor freight bauer tool bag seems to fit right in with all that harbor freight has going on. BUT, at the the end of the day this is harbor freight after all, So where did they cheap out? I mean, when you've got solid options of Klein backpacks, Milwaukee backpacks, Fluke backpacks, CLC backpacks, Husky backpacks, Crescent backpacks, Unilite backpacks, Olsa backpacks and Veto Pro Backpacks, it sure seems like a Harbor freight bauer backpack tool bag has plenty of competition.

So let's take a look at this NEW Harbor Freight Bauer Tool Bag and see what all this backpack has to offer.

I wish more normal backpacks had a rigid flat bottom.

I do see this bauer working for me as my go to diag bag laptop and cables and meter. Light but handy.

At a glance it’s a knockoff Klein. Thanks for the honest review. I made the mistake of being suckered by a paid review for a dewalt/Clc backpack that fell apart after a few weeks on the job

Napa real deals had one and when they first had them they were only 29 bucks after they first had them the 2nd quarter they now run 79. To much for me now. But always interested to see

Veto bags are really nice but expensive. I have a tech pac mc, I do commercial/industrial hvac. It is very comfortable, and laid out very nice. I bought it with a tool allowance my company gives its techs. Hf is very hit or miss, you should review their punch and chisel set, I use it a lot and it’s worked very well

Seems to be a klein or stanley lookalike. You get what you pay for. I got a bahco light duty pack (3875 BP—1) to replace the old toolbox that I kept in the trunk of my car. It is a clamshell design and I guess it is geared towards any tradesman who works in a clean "office" environment (fixing printers, elevators, networking...). Even then, it is waaay tougher than that bauer backpack. Buy cheap buy twice.

I've bought and returned DeWalt, Klein, hart tools, husky, and rugged tool bags. I just picked dup the low profile Milwaukee bag. I can't seem to find one that doesn't bother my lower back. How does this bag sit on the lower back?

Check out the new Kobalt tool back packs at Lowe's. One is similar to this one but, nicer base.
