For those who are curious; a 2004 Accent uses BMW OSRAM SYLVANIA bulbs. You can find them on Ebay for about 2 bucks each (if you look hard enough). Keep in mind the cluster uses 1.2W (sides), 1.5W (bottom), and 1.6W (Center).

However, the dash switches, Hazard, Deforost ect.... you can find them at your local Radio Shack (12v micro lamps). The bulb leads just wrap around the contact points of the socket.
The AC bulbs I'm not so sure about. I have to replace one of them. I'll get back here and tell everyone how it turns out.
Note: These are white light replacement bulbs only, not colored LEDs.

Just replaced the 6 backlighting bulbs on a 06 Hyundai Santa Fe. Used warm white LEDs from Superbrightleds. The original bulbs have green caps. The warm white greatly brightened the cluster improving daytime vision of the gauges. There is confusion as to which bulb fits the 06 Santa Fe. Might be a production date change or body style change. Either way, I suspect the 74 or similar bulb like 2721 is correct. The LEDs that I used will fit either base and are smaller than the body of the 74 bulbs.
74-RHP3: Red
74-GHP3: Green
74-WWHP3: Warm White

Yes, I have a 2004 Hyundai Accent, I replaced the small bulbs on the back.  The white one and the four little beige ones and it still hasn't come on?  all the lights on the bottom of the odometer light up fine.  Its just the odomenter cluster lights

I have a 2003 Hyundai Accent. The base of the bulb you removed looks like mine. The base of the T10 bulb you showed does not. Please explain.

I have an '01 accent whose instrument cluster has no revs on it. Is it possible to replace it for the one that has revs? Is it plug and play?

u opened up as u shown but its written on bulbs that they are 9V and the t10 LED i have is 12V so they are not working what to do please help..

I have a 2005 accent in Australia. the cluster uses bx8.4 1.5 w bulbs

Mine too. had to use t5's. also, the bulbs in my gauge cluster were all soldered in. I had to break the bulbs out of the holders and wedge the new LED's in. Took a while, but the new blue LED's look great..

i have a 01 accent and replaced stock lighting with LED T10 cold white 6k whole light is amazing but on speedometer at 100-140 kmh doesnt light may you have any solution?
