After watching this video I ordered the collagen capsules from Ingenious Beauty and I have been taking them now for about 12 days and oh boy, are they working already! I didn't expect this to be honest. My skin has already become so soft and much clearer. The skin on my body has been really dry over the last years, now, when I touch it, I can almost not believe that this my skin now, soooo soft! No more body lotion needed. Also it seems that the collagen has helped with bowel movement, too. Sorry, if this is too much information, but I really think it is making a difference in this department as well. Something I learnt about collagen supplements ; collagen supplements don't just treat skin, hair & nails, it also treats bones . If you don't get results on your skin right away, it means it is treating other parts of the body that need it the most(it could be treating arthritic legs for instance ) .Some US people have 2 spoonfuls in their breakfast coffee .It needs to be used over a period of time for there to be results on your skin.

Oh Liz that’s absolutely amazingly good information! I’ve been taking Edible Beauty collagen powder for almost 2 years. Because I just couldn’t find anything that had any proof that it works. I took it initially for my muscles and painful joints. I had difficulty walking up steps because my muscle seized up and went into spasm. I also took it to try and improve my dry skin, which was starting look wrinkled. After the 3 months I didn’t see the improvements the manufacture claimed. And didn’t know what to do. I was unable to find any constructive advice. So felt I had no option but to stick with the product and just hope for the best. I will be getting some of the ingenious Beauty collagen capsules. When I reorder. I’m so thankful for all the research you do for us all and enjoy and find your videos extremely helpful as they provided such valuable information.

Think liposomal collagen does the same?? Ive taken Zooki liposomal collagen - but like all the others I've tried, and like you Liz, didn't really notice any discernible difference, and it was expensive. Will probably give this ingenious a go now - I don't mind paying for it, IF it does something and I can see a difference!

Hi Liz
After wanting to start using a collagen I began using absolute collagen but the taste was so awful even when mixing with a drink.
I watched this video snd re watched it. I then visited the site for ingenious beauty and also did lots of research myself.
So many experts were saying Ingenious Beauty was in their opinion the best one.
It made so much sense that others wouldn’t reach where it was needed once the stomach acids had got to it snd broken it down.
I have now cancelled my subscription with absolute collagen but it wasn’t easy. Obviously defending their company and saying she had never heard of Ingenious Beauty Ultimate Collagen.
I just think using a collagen supplements a lot of expense per month for all of us and we need good advice with expert opinions that allow us to make good choices and not be led to believe the untruths we are often fed.

I've taken astaxanthin for years and within months had people commenting on how well I looked. It perfuses the skin with a lovely glow. My understanding is that around 7mg is the sweet spot but I had begun with a 12 mg supplement - apparently the body cannot utilise a full 12 mg. I split the dose of 4mg am and pm. Note it is fat soluble so have it when you eat your oily avocado or fish etc.
