Rightly said, unfortunately, Toxic boss, Lack of appreciation, Job role, culture are not given reasons for leaving...

Undeniable. Few organisation has lobbying only select few people grow. Sir any thoughts on this topic. May i request if you can share more insight and how we can build a great culture eliminating lobbying which is really toxic.
