Looks delicious, and I love cooking with fresh mushrooms. They are so good for you and take on the flavor of what you cook them in so easily. I have learned that as you are cooking with fresh mushrooms, they cook off a lot of water so I usually cook them separately for awhile with seasoning salts to cook off the water. Then I drain them and add them into the rest of the sautéed vegetables to get all the flavor cooked in. The sauce will then thicken up since there is less water. Pro tip. After you wash the lettuce leaves, crisp them up by putting them in ice water . Or, you can use rice paper wraps that add only a few carbs. For your first one, this was a great cooking video . Great job and thanks .

Looks super tasty! Another nice way to do these kinds of wraps is with ground chicken (cooked Thai style with a little fish sauce), peanut, Thai basil, and sliced up carrots. All these options which use lettuce wraps feel like quintessential summer food — light and relatively quick. Embrace that inspiration in the kitchen!
