I have viewed bullion for some time as a hedge and insurance, not as an investment nor as speculation. Interesting to hear Mr. Rule deem his feelings as a FEAR that it's price launches in a big fashion. If gold and silver launch, it will mostly be on the devaluation of the dollar. Bullion will do it's job: hedging.
