Best thing for me is adding ginger to Golden Paste. Also you can do Golden Paste for the turmeric and pepper then also ginger and bromelain capsules. Bromelain is a super anti inflammtory for deep inflammation and comes from pineapples.

Okay but what about if the water bowl is a community water bowl that all the dogs share? My 11 year old pitbull has recently started limping due to arthritis so this would be good for her but her son's do not necessarily need it they're only 5 years old.
