My dog was dying due to excessive vomiting and diarrhea for 2 weeks. After about 1k in vet bills and no help, a vet on a consultant app told me to give him pepcid ac. In 6 hours, he was showing massive improvement and he recovered fully.

This man gave up being a licensed vet to help people care for their pets. To me this speaks volumes about this person's character. In this modern world where it seems everything is a money grab, I find his approach refreshing!

A very long time ago, when I was 10, my cat, Tuffy, came home with a severe wound around his ear. My step dad was old school and would not take an animal to a vet. So my step sister and I worked together to clean the wound with straight peroxide and an ant bacteria ointment. We changed his bandages every day. Tuffy was fully healed in a couple of weeks. Fur fully restored in a couple of months. We were 10 and 12 when we did this.

I am a doctor and I get super annoyed when I take my dog to a vet and he does not disclose the diagnosis and writes the most expensive compositions, I tried communicating my concerns but shear dismissal. I just want to be able to take care of my baby at home and recognize early signs without freaking out and probably take care of minor stuff. Thank you for this channel! Finally, the kinda resource I wanted.

My 15 year old dogs got a awful diarrhea and one had to be put to sleep because of blood loss. The other 2 I fed fresh chicken with noodles and fresh GINGER...my granddaughter works for a vet and we agree for trauma medical science is wonderful but for internal conditions there's natural help. Anyway my 2 dogs got well very quickly and lived a few months longer until they died of old age. I adopted a youngster at the shelter and his common kennel cough responded well to warm water with honey and leaving the shower on awhile...it was a cool, dry spring here in Georgia.
At almost 76 I made my will leaving my pets to my granddaughter...it's important. There are people who promise to care for your pets but the first thing they do is dump them. It has to be someone who loves you and loves animals. Deathbed promises are very sacred.

My cat was very ill and diagnosed with asthma. When he worsened i took him back. On examination, he had two large tumors. One blocking his airway, the other pressing against his esophagus. They gave him less than two days. I asked for a steroid to shrink the masses so i could get meds and fluids into him. I immediately came to this channel and incorporated every suggestion for cancer. My cat showed improvement within the week. They said it was impossible. After two years, i stopped dosing him and the tumors returned. This time, they were unresponsive to the treatment, and i lost him. I think I'd still have him had i not stopped treatment.
This is an amazing doctor, and i will be forever grateful for the two extra years i had with my boy. I come to this guy before i go anywhere else.

Here in Spain it is quite common for vets to write a prescription and then tell you to go to the regular human Pharmacy to purchase it. There you can get the generic or brand name version and save a lot of money. I really love having dogs in Spain. The vet system here just makes more sense. My dogs are 15 years old in May and still as healthy as when they were 5

Many of us can't afford the outrageous cost charges at the vets office.. therefore without any choice .. often animals end up suffering.. an let me tell u.. as I know many animal owners understand... but its so so painful not to be able to afford tests an things of that nature for your pet. especially when possible misdiagnosing happens as in my case! after having ur over a decade. I don't even have words to describe the pain an sorrow I've experienced daily for the last year! This man at least eases that a little bit. Appreciate him having a heart to share his knowledge without charging ! It's really very disheartening when you cant even ask a question in an emergency situation to a online veterinarian without being charged.. not to mention the anxiety levels when frantically searching for a simple answer . they lead u to think your going to get it... then BAM! yeah if you have 50$ or whatever they charge! It's cruel an really sad that something as simple as finding a at home remedy has to be so traumatic! sorry to have rambled! Much love to to this veterinarian! 🙏🙏❤

Another thing you can use on your pets is honey - the kind you get from your local beekeeper, not the junk in stores. It is great for wound healing. When I was a young nurse, we had a morbidly obese lady whose abdominal wound kept eviscerating (pulling apart for those of you who don't know). We applied honey to the open wound several times a day and it caused new tissue to form. My Maltipoo just had knee surgery and of course, she messed up her incision. So, I used honey on it, put her in one of those newborn onesies, and now it is completely healed. And the good thing is, if they lick it, it doesn't hurt them. You can store honey indefinitely in your cabinet - it doesn't need to be refrigerated. They actually discovered some in some Egyptian tombs that was still good.

Tula is a fantastic patient. What a fab dog! She deserves some special treats for her participation.

Great videos. Too many vets on You tube say "take your dog (or cat) to the vet." Do we run to a doctor every time we have a minor ailment? No, we treat it at home with OTC meds. The trick is knowing how much to give according to weight. He's giving us that information. I love your videos, Doc.

Tylenol and Asprin are NOT one in the same. A lot of people think they are. Please do NOT use them interchangeably. Tylenol is highly toxic to animals... even in small amounts.

THANKS SO MUCH. We can no longer afford to keep taking our dog to the vet and it turns out that your advice has helped him more than receded trips to the vet. So grateful.

Very informative. I just spent almost $5K in vet bills for an allergy. My vet sent my dog to the hospital instead of sending us home with medicine. Thankfully I sprung my dog from the hospital and healed her at home.

God love you Dr. Jones . I just don't have the money to pay my Vet right now for all these tests and over priced medications. He is so expensive to see right now. You are such a cool, kind man for giving this info to us. I hope you know how much we love you. Thanks
