Ijeoma Okafor gives a presentation on the medicinal properties of Cola nitida (Vent.) Schott & Endl. L., Malvaceae (formerly in Sterculiaceae), commonly known as Kola nut. In this talk, she discusses the botanical and chemical characteristics of the plant, as well as its known biological activities. This medicinal plant monograph presentation was recorded on April 20th, 2012 as part of Dr. Cassandra L. Quave's undergraduate course "HLTH385: Botanical Medicine and Health" offered at Emory University.

i use cola nuts... 1 decent teaspoon (powder) mix with water or anything else and i have stimulation effects and mild mood boost :)

This fruit has been used for thousands of years by Afrikans but well done anyway.
