great video.

20 clean pullups is def a great milestone in the cliashtenics journey, id say thats def a level where one could start having some progressing on some other skills.

id say doing deadhangs and just getting ur body comfortable on the bar really helped me a lot also. it really helped my shoulders and chest and upper back muscles and forearms get a good stretch and also shtrngthen them at same time

Tips #1 Proper form
- Grip are not too wide and not too narrow
- Tense core through movement
- Retract scapula
- Pull to try to touch chest to pull up bar
- Keep legs together
- Dont use momentum
- Use resistance band, to assist normal pull ups

Tips #2 Focus on negative pull ups
- Come down super slowly
- Do 3-5 sets of 5

Tips #3 Consistent with training volume
- Stick to 2-3 times a week consistently
- Dont need to do same intensity in every workout
- At least once a week intense pull up workout

Tips #4 Do pull-ups in the beginning of workout routine

Tips #5 Add more resistance
- Add weight, i.e. use weighted vest, belt
- Try other pull up variations: archer pull ups, typewriter pull ups, L-sit pull ups, close grip pull ups

hey thanks for this guide, also i can do 15 pullups in a row, but at the 8-10 rep range, im starting to be out of breath, and stagnate for abit before continuing to finish the rest before failure, do you know a way to help this ?

Hey brother I was doing pull-ups in front of a mirror I fond that my lats are uneven one is popping out to the side the other is long to the down side 😂 hope you do vidéo about that it would help ❤❤

While I appreciate your work, I think this video premise is a little deceptive. Most of these tips would be for people under 10 pull-up. I’m stuck at 15, and while trying some weighted pull-ups is a good idea, the rest of the tips are pretty well under my belt.
