Candidates get qualified to signatures once the signatures are received. The federal government sets a standard number for fundraising each one of them will be given an equal share so if the number is 325 million dollars. There's each given that exact amount and they can then spend that money as they see fit. Also no one else no political action committees no promotional groups no advertisers can at all have any influence if even the hint of an influence comes through. From some advertisement or some TV show then that cost? Spending must be equalized we need some promotion but it cannot be unlimited. The news the news cannot discuss politics at all. It must be removed at 100% from the news and any mention from that again will be qualified priced out and deducted from their promotional fee. And they will not be allowed to spend that money for promotion. It will be deducted.
