Paddy this is a fantastic channel and a really in depth look at what ufc fighters have to do and go through. I'm relatively new to watching the sport and I'm hooked. Im a huge fan of urs n mollys. keep fighting the fight lad am sure we have 2 future ufc champs 🏆

The weigh ins killed me in wrestling. I lost 12 lbs once because I moved up in weight and couldn’t stop gaining when I bulked then had to reverse. Running in a rain suit in September in August 🥵.

As a college wrestler, one of the toughest part of the sport is cutting the weight and having to preform hours later. It's a long season, having to cut 10-20lbs, compete sometimes 1 hour later, don't that sometimes twice a week for three months, go eat your food and keep telling people to f off.
