Did they recently change this? I’ve been able to use my HSA/FSA for MANY products for years. Amazon would also list the products that were FSA/HSA eligible but not seeing that anymore. I just purchased medical supplies I regularly purchase on Amazon using my FSA 2 weeks ago but now I’m in there and none of the products I just purchased or purchased in the past are now showing to be eligible. Ive also tried searching several ways and none of the products that’s have always been eligible are coming up under the FSA/HSA store or show to be eligible. I also tried the same KT tape in your video and it’s not eligible. I performed several test checkouts and it’s not giving me the option to choose my FSA/HSA. At all. Can you try again on your end? I doubt it’s my account and there’s no reason for it but I’m curious.
