5 week kicking drill challenge. LETS GO! We are doing a MOUNTAIN CLIMB! ... Not your usual mountain climbers though. Kicking drills you will LOVE and ENJOY!

I’m Chloe Bruce, a 4th Dan Martial artist in Korean Tang Soo Do, a multiple World Champion & Stunt women from London, UK. This challenge is open to anyone wanting to improve the strength and precision within their kicks. By doing this challenge, you will not only gain more control over your accuracy, but you will learn 5 new leg conditioning drills that you can add to your training schedule to build up the strength to be able to hold your legs STRAIGHT UP!

Beginners I advise to do this 2 times this week.
Intermediate 3 times this week
Advance kickers should be able to do this every other day this week.

Any questions leave them below!... Any concerns with pain throughout your body, then please stop and consult myself or another sports athlete for advise before continuing.

The first time I ever saw or heard of Chloe Bruce I had randomly rented "The Purifier's" from a local movie store I was a huge martial arts nerd growing up so any martial arts movie ever to come out when I was a kid I probably saw it lol. But you blew me away as a kid the first time I saw that scorpion kick and you haven't lost a step, I hope you continue the walk the path of the warrior when my daughter is old enough to start training Chloe is definitely one of the martial artist I hope she looks up to as she grows and develop. The style of karate I teach is much more self defense oriented but there is still so much to learn and respect from someone who has spent maintaining there flexibility and continuing to strive and get better over the years. Plus I can't recall a single video of Chloe Bruce ever not being a positive role model in general.

Wow! It burns like crazy lol. What's funny is when i went to physical therapy, they told me i had weak glutes and outer hip strength. I felt this in all those spots. Lol Thanks a lot. I do however have a few questions. They also told me i have restricted mobility in both hips and tight hamstrings. Now some stretches i do help and some causes more pain in my back. The seated half or full pike, the straddle and the butterfly. Also i noticed trying side bends and all these particular stretches, causes my back to go into spasm!!!😱 which hurts like hell when that happens. That's why i stay away from these stretches. Is there anyway i can do these stretches so that it doesn't cause pain? Also are other stretches i can do to help the healing process? I'd be glad to hear from you. Either way thanks so much for this video can't wait for the next one. This one showed me how weak i am in certain area's. Thanks again 💖👊
