Bike Setup, part 2: Suspension Setup.

In this video, I talk you through the steps to get you basic suspension setup dialled in. I show you how to get your base shock and fork, air pressure, or spring rate set, as well as setting rebound and a start to compression dampening. It’s long winded I know, but it’s all good info, and I’m working on sharpening this all up...

All videos are shot on a GoPro Hero 4, or 5, or an iPhone 11 Pro. Sometimes I use Fiyutech gimbal to stabilise the shots and I almost always edit in LumaTouch, LumaFusion.
