Can anybody tell me, why the p-value of the H0 (bp_before==155) is not reported but only those of the Ha ?

Can you please explain HA: mean !?155 Pr(|T| > |t|) = 0.1657?
We see that 156.45 are within the conf. intervall so we can´t reject the H0.
But I have a hard time to figure out what they mean with the logical signs and Pr(|T| > |t|) = 0.1657.
Is it that HA is rejected due to that 0.1657 > 0.05??? And by that we can´t reject the H0?
