I remember when Unova and the entirely new Dex was announced, amongst the tweets bemoaning how this would be the worst generation, I saw one tweet that was super hyped about at least they wouldn't have to run into Zubats every 2 seconds. To this day, I try to emulate that person's positivity toward scary new things.

It wasn’t mentioned but my personal annoying experience is when you run into a Paldean Taurous, run away or defeat it, and are immediately attacked by a second one. Then you repeat that same cycle until you get away or defeat the herd; and the game is lagging the whole time.

Completely agree on Veluza, I failed a shiny one because I'm basically always jumping and gliding in Veluza infested waters. Shiny spawned, I jumped over it, and it zipped out of render distance and despawned before I could do anything.
