People, my cousin actually works with Siobhan and she is as nice as she appears on camera in real life!! We need more genuinely sweet and hard working people like her!! Thank you for everything you do and for your service, Siobhan!!

I’m a retired critical care RN (ICU, OHU, inpt HD over the years) and this video brought back so many memories of going non-stop on a 12 hour shift- no breaks, no food, no drinks, no bathroom don’t think people get it unless they’ve walked in our shoes. I was brought to tears when your hubby handed you your goody bag...I could tell your reaction was genuine. I re-live my critical care memories through your videos. Thanks!

Love that moment when you could literally see the light bulb go on about what was wrong with the Myxedema coma patient! And how wonderful you could call the daughter and say, "we know what's wrong and we can fix it!"

Siobhans bedside manner is just the best. Even when she was speaking to the family member, my heart.

I hope you realize how awesome of a doc you are. You were so meant for this. I've been an OBGYN nurse since 2012 and unfortunately it seems there's only a handful of physicians/Healthcare workers who are as passionate as you are. Keep it up! You'll change so many lives!

For some reason this made me tear up. Thank you for genuinely caring for your patients. My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure in the ER a few weeks ago, and it’s terminal (he is almost 91, but sharp as can be). And my father in law passed away in the hospital last week - just 8 days after being diagnosed with lung cancer. With COVID, we weren’t able to travel to see him before he died. Knowing other doctors and nurses like you - who care- took care of well, it helps. Thank you.

I had goosebumps through this whole video. First, the woman recovering from covid, and secondly, the way you were so kindly talking to your patients daughter. So much kindness and compassion in your voice ❤
I'm in Quebec, and not once in my 35 years have I ever been treated with kindness from a doctor the way you treat your patients. You're amazing

Because of a polio epidemic, Bjørn Ibsen established the first intensive care unit in Copenhagen in 1953. Patients with polio require more ventilation than normal; this is why Ibsen set up a special unit for them.👍

I really enjoy watching your videos. I am an alcoholic and addict in recovery. Been sober almost 2 years. I spent a lot of time in the hospital going through severe withdrawals. I've been in ICU as well. Been through a lot while arresting this monster of addiction. While in ER, ICU, and on medical floor I was treated great. The Dr's and nurses played a huge role in saving my life. I think all this is why I enjoy watching you. Thank you so much for what you do. I put you in hero status. After this COVID pandemic I think light was shed on who our true heros are. Thanks.

I once had Myxademia of madness and I was 2 weeks away from coma and what I found fascinating was what the brain can do to you...
I had a pain which was phycosomatic which got me to a doctor and it went just after starting treatment but I will always be in awe at what are brains can do to us and I was just a normal sane mother to a young daughter but I did things I can't even believe I did now and had something telling me to do something to myself but it was all down to a mis diagnosed underactive thyroid gland and I cannot tell you how well I felt within a couple of weeks starting treatment...

I love your childlike curiosity when it comes to solving an illness. Its so refreshing. Many Drs seem like they just want to be right. You seem so humble and thrilled to crack the case 😅 I love it!

Thanks for sharing your busy night with us and giving us news on your Covid patient, it’s easy to come across heartbreaking stories but there’s not so many nice ones. Thanks also to Mark for his brief appearances.
