This is a small island village located within the Civilian Control Line still retaining signs from the 1960s and 70s. But you can see advanced technology at work everywhere in the village. This young man received a message on his mobile phone that he's won a prize in an event.

Tourists can combine smart watch technology and their bicycles to receive electronic stamps and gift certificates. This IT center founded jointly by an IT company and the central and local government bodies provides remote video lectures on crop farming to local residents.

Children can even take video lessons from teachers in cities.

Various services based on ICT technologies are waking up this small island village which used to be trapped in time.
