How To Fix WampServer Page Can't Be found Error

If you encounter this message when trying to run phpmyadmin or adminer in wamp then in this video i show you how to fix it
This localhost page can’t be found
HTTP ERROR 404
This in most cases is caused by some services or the system using the port 80 and changing this in the config files fixes the issue.
When the issue is fixed the icon of the program in the taskbar is gonna change to green and that means everything is working correctly, if it's orange then one service is not running, if it's red then no service is running.
