I been a BUCKEYE FAN for 55+ years - and telling our 'lunatic fringe' for a long time - that Ryan Day is a keeper ! -- His overall performance has been very good. Harbaugh lost 5 in a row to OSU !!! Saban was a HC for 17 years BEFORE he won his 1st Natty ? And was 57 years old ! Ryan Day is 45 in his 6th year ? > Josh Pate puts it well: "hasn't yet -- doesn't mean can't" ! Ryan has a tremendous staff he put together - Chip Kelly & Jim Knowles are awesome hires ? Recruiting is as good as it's ever been. He used the portal very well. Has NIL figured out ! = Just a matter of time & in a few day will have his 1st National Title !!! Academic - what the score is.... The Texas win was the Title Game. Oregon Fans would like to say differently - but - Texas gave OSU a real battle & the Ducks laid an egg. -- - -- IF - Ryan Day can use the portal well enough - he very well might be able to be playing for it all again next season ? A back to back and move over Mr. Smart !!!

No football fatigue here. The NFL this weekend is the JV card for Monday night’s college football championship. Can never have enough football like both levels, especially in cold northern weather, and even the south this year. Into the trash it goes. That week is just for those servicemen. They deserve one week to themselves, the tradition of the game and the cadets in attendance, and in a way give them a proper send off before they start their mandatory service. It's more than just a football game.
