NAM Tutorial Part 3a

Part 3 of the NAM tutorials. I've split this part into a and b since it was the longest yet. In part a, I cover the Avenue/Turbo Roundabouts and provide an introduction to the Flexible Underpass (FLUPs) pieces.

how u know it goes thru to otherside for flup avenue under turbo roundabouts? u don't need to put anything over the roundabout to ensure it goes thru?

You cant use flups with single rails, nam highways, etc. kind of limited if you ask me

Hello, I currently have NAMv36 now. and i can't seem to find a FLUP connection for roads under a RHW network? But on my plugins i have the "RealHighway_Flups.dat"
