INGREDIENTS:
Sprinkle some dried red chili
2 cloves of garlic
3 cups water
1 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons coarse crystal sea salt
1 teaspoon sugar
mix until salt & sugar dissolves
And then bring the mixture to a simmer

YouTube recommend me this while i was preparing for geography exam but let me write this down as well just in case.

Just to share my experience working in cold kitchen... The mixture of salt, sugar, n vinegar (brine) must be kept cool first.. Before adding it inside the jar then it will be crunchy.. If u pour a hot water inside the jar immediately it will halfway cook the cucumber n bruise it... Correct me if im wrong.. Coz when u wanted to make a nice coslow.. U have to soak the veg (julienne carrot + finely slice cabbage) into the juice at least overnight then it will be crunchy..during practical last time i accidently pour a hot brine into the veg the next day everything is ruin beyond repair... 😁😁😁 After the incident i will add some ice into the brine to make sure it really cool.. We make pickle in India with mango which is naturally sour in taste so we don't add vinegar . They are raw crunchy sour with added salt and chilli, it tastes like heaven.
