the leak sensing rope is VERY VERY hard to slide back into the conduit. is there a lubricant that can be used?

I have a brand new rheem that did this out of the box. pisses me off.. junk water heaters.

My Rheem Gladiator has been nothing but an annoying nightmare since it was installed. Worthless. You guys are the absolute worst.

The first thing you do is not buy this computer it’s a pice of crap.they sent me 4 I changed the heater to a Bradford white and never looked back, funny rheem plastic. Bradford white all metal.
