Mechanical Engineering Interviews Be Like
Показать описание
The goal of this video is to portray what a typical mechanical engineering interview process is like, from the first round with HR to the last round with a senior executive, such as the VP of Engineering. I've interviewed for over 30 mechanical engineering job positions across the US and China over the past several years and have incorporated some common questions asked by interviewers as well as lessons that I learned in to this video. Although engineering interviews vary from company to company, they follow a general format.
The interview process is without question very stressful, whether it's preparing for the actual rounds of interviews, waiting to hear back from a company with a decision, or making it to the final round of interview and having the company ghost or reject you. As cliché as it may sound, I've learned a lot through job rejections and wouldn't be where I am today without them. It's human nature to feel discouraged or depressed after a rejection, but what matter's most is how you respond. Keep learning from your mistakes, continue applying to new opportunities, and never give up.
