A simple suggestion: Get a circular polarizing filter for you camera's lens and you can tune out those annoying glare reflections from your eyeglasses. It's simple and it works. Look for a video on YouTube about how to get rid of glasses glare.

Not sure why you’re wearing flat clear lenses on your glasses, which in most cases wouldn’t provide an optical benefit, but much more importantly, when you move your head with your lights, you keep getting these flashes of light off your lenses. I would either change your lenses or don’t move your head around so much or change your lighting. The information is good but the constant flashes of light are really distracting.

Titanium is not lighter than aluminum. Other way around but it is stronger.
