We are creating a playlist for "Python for Astronomy". The first two lectures will cover the basics required to code in Python which is essential to understand the rest of the videos in the session.

The Python Notebooks can be download from our GitHub Repository:

The first video is actually a recording of a google meet discussion for Horizon project members working on various astronomy projects. The set of video lectures are presented by Pranav Satheesh.
The first session contains discussions on Python basics like variables, arrays etc. and also an introduction to the Python package Numpy.

Thanks so much for making this! I will be a first year Astrophysics PhD student in the fall, am doing research this summer, and don't know much about Python. This has helped me so much! I really appreciate it!
