It’s so weird to hear someone say “I even went to a restaurant for the first time in four years” and know exactly what a triumph that feels like. This was me a few weeks ago. I’m digging my way out of a pit. It’s really good to hear stories like this. My fatigue walloped me today for the first time in a few weeks and it’s a good reminder to stay focused. I don’t know why it happened but hearing someone else describe their similar story and journey out…it’s useful. Thanks, and keep going 🙌😎

Thank you so much Neal! And HUGE thanks Raelan for doing this. I'm so happy that all of this is going to turned into a scientific study!

Congratulations on the study, Raelan. That's super exciting for you and all of us with these illnesses. This was an awesome interview! I'm based in Japan and have heard some Japanese CFS YouTubers mention success with EAT (also called B-spot therapy). I had identified an ENT clinic to go to for it when I'm well enough to leave the house again, but if DIYing it is possible, even better! Thank you, Neal.

Yes, yes, yes, Craniosacral therapy has been amazing in regulating my nervous system. It’s been an amazing help on this journey. Without it, i would probably gave up or got depressed beyond measures.

Amazing Raelan!!! REsearch is what we need- to push all this work forward.
You have shared such amazing stories and worked so hard for all this - you should be so proud of yourself.

Would love to share my story soon on vaccine injury and recovery through a mind body approach.
Moved out of teaching neuroscience into working with people to now heal from ME CFS/ LONG COVID and VAX INJURY.

It gives you something to look forward to that there is no chance of a set back.It raises your vibration to JOY instead of disappointment.

This is so true. Finding some joy is so important. It dosn't sound huge. My nintendo switch were good audio books. And I could really see a difference. When I had no good book it was so much more difficult to go through rough days. Books and drawing.
