It would be better if you understood our constitution. If Trump won again, he would not be in jail/prison in either a federal or state system. In the US we have federal supremacy. No county or state judicial system would be able to imprison the president, a member of the federal executive branch. They could try him after he left office as long as the statute of limitations hasn’t expired.
