Constructors seems to mundane don't they? But wait till you learn about what goes on under the hood. In this episode, we'll dive deep into instance and static constructors. We'll also contrast C# constructors with Delphi, C++ and Java Constructors. This'll be fun!

Really enjoyed this one. Especially the part where ancestor class calling abstract method from descendant's concrete implementation before descendant's constructor call . Thanks Shiv!

Interesting stuff Shiv. Unfortunately, I am not able to watch it a higher resolution. Only 360p is available, that is little tough.

I got lost around 37:00,
At 37:12 we see the IL when GetData() does NOT use the static member data,
and at 37:45 we see the IL when GetData() does use the static member data.
It looks the same to me.
Did I miss something?

I think a good example is to say, like time travel, you can't go back and change your past without effecting the future, so if you kill your past parent, your future self will never exist! So in theory this action can not happen as how could you have ever been able to kill your parents as if you do, means you never will exist so how can you kill your parents? They must exist before you, no matter what you do, you are connected to them, as they are connected to there parents and so forth!
