I like knowing all this information but I wanted a real review not just information I can get from the website. For example what is the difference between available balance and credit level on this card? It's confusing because when I see 0 balance then 1700 credit level. I don't know if I can use the card or not.

i’m not sure if it’s a public offer but in my account it says if i can earn 50, 000 points or $50 if i apply and am approved. tempted to apply because i also want the card but i’ve seen offers like spend $1, 500 in the first 6 months and receive $200 so im kinda stuck :/

I'm debating between the PayPal Cash Back Credit card or Citi Double Cash as my everyday card. Which would you choose? I just want cashback and it to build every month. I do use sites that accept Paypal so that is an extra perk. What would you recommend?
