Hi good morning, credit fast I have a question I took out a cash advance from my credit card on April of 2020 of 900 dollars of a 1000 dollar limit card and I was paying 40 dollars a month and I just applied for a credit card recently and I was declined because they said in a letter that I had a very high balance and my credit card one of the reasons and I just paid all in full yesterday my credit card and don't owe anything anymore that means if I apply again I would get approved and also my score could go up because I paid in full my credit balance is now 0, thank you so much for all your help credit fast

I keep getting emails asking me to apply for the PayPal card. Do you think that's a good sign I'd get it or is it something they send to all PayPal customers?
