The Revised Rules on Criminal Procedure REMEDIAL LAW BAR Review includes the Supreme Court Circular on Continuous Trial. It covers the difference between INQUEST and Preliminary Investigation, Warrantless Arrests as it commands INQUEST Proceedings, the basic INVESTIGATION DATA FORM now dominate in Law Practice, the mention of the JUDGE ON DUTY during this Pandemic Season, a comparison between the Police Custodial Investigation, the Prosecutor's INQUEST and Preliminary Investigation and the Judge's Determination of Probable Cause.
