Hate to be obnoxious, but obviously to compare the two you'd have to take a little bit of caffeine (80 mg) with Alpha Brain. Otherwise it's review is pretty meaningless.

I just ordered mine since I suffer from a lapse in concentration and tend to delay tasks. also a lot of Brainfog. Do you think this would help?
Seconldy, I hope these are not addictive? Can I take one daily for the rest of my life without the fear of getting hooked on to them? Also, if I take them for a longer duration (suppose 2 3 months consistently) If I decide to get off them, would there be withdrawal symptoms? like concentration worse than before, that kinda stuff.
