Been using for about 4 months now but have only been taking a single pill a day, unless I have a project or task to do. I feel like it's been helping but maybe its just placebo.

I've used it for about a year and a half on and off. I have trouble focusing always. If I need to grind something out for work, I take the alpha brain, monster energy, ginkgo biloba, and a multivitamin. It does it's job, but there are after effects, my brain goes foggy after not taking it. But honestly there are too many variables in my life to draw any conclusion; sometimes my diet is great sometimes shit, sometimes i workout sometimes no, sometimes i sleep sometimes i don't. But the effect from Alpha Brain isn't 0.

I keep a bottle around, but I don't dose myself religiously.
