I have my twine built for endurance afk till wave 20 so I collect all the ammo from it and so far I have 160 slots full of ammo I'm never going to run out and I have 2.5 million reperk and a lot more perkup

Just did this myself yesterday and we found a nice combination of utilizing blakebeards stash with a ninja. Had a buddy spawn camping the adds and collecting tons of cannonballs and proceeding to unleash hell while at the same time providing the rest of us a bunch of coconuts and peg legs so we don't have to use any of our weapon durability we dismantled them before the mode ended to get some extra planks but all in all we really didn't use hardly any ammo. Nice little combo with the constructor and ninja to make sure you don't even really have to replace traps during the mode to really save on materials.

I know this video is old but using a maxed out supply drop can also get you more ammo. I still use the endurance method
