Hey Mike,

Great formula; love those clever uses of expanding range.

I always thought it was odd the number of keystrokes it took to get to Conditional Format by Formula then today after using the new Alt+H+L+N rather than my normal "Tab & series of Down Arrows" I hit End and sure enough if it jumped me straight to "Use a Formula..." still had to hit Alt+O to actually enter the formula box, but considering how often I use CF by Formula this really speeds things up for me.

Thanks again!
