Apple Cider Donuts Recipe - Baked Apple Cider Donuts 🍩🍎

Hey guys! Today I’m showing you how to make these delicious baked donuts. They are cakey, fluffy and soft donuts. Apple cider donuts are to die for!

INGREDIENTS
6 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup apple cider
Donuts glaze:
2 cups powder sugar
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
4-6 Tbsp apple cider
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/180C. Grease donuts pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder and pumpkin pie spice.
3. In a large bowl, add melted butter, both kinds of sugars, egg and vanilla, and mix with a whisk or hand electric mixer until everything is well blended.
4. Add the dry ingredients, mix it just to get it combined then add apple cider and mix very well until there is no visible flour.
5. Add donut batter into a large piping bag or ziplock bag. (The batter looks thicker in the video, but is thinner)Snip the end and pip it in the donut pan about 3/4 of the way up. Bake for 10-12 minutes (I baked mine for 11mins)
6. Allow donuts to cool completely. In the meantime, make the donuts glaze; in a bowl mix powder sugar, pumpkin pie spice and apple cider.
7. Once donuts are cooled, dip the bottom in the glaze. The glaze hardens as it sets
