To all of you the one need more explanation
render resolution : the quality of the game resolution(lowest gives blurry image, highest gives clear image)
shadow quality : allow you to configure how complex the shadow projected
Visual Quality : literally adjustments to Ambient occlusion
SFX Quality : how many particle the game wants to show you
Overall Settings : should be called Texture settings because people misunderstood it (lowest won't change the quality of your character texture, i think)
Anti aliasing : Off jagged edges, On (whichever options) smooth edges
reflection : enable SSR (screen space reflection) not Real time ray tracing
motion blur : self explanatory
bloom : don't recommend going highest cuz it's blinding
volumetric fog : game renders you a fog (mostly only visible in closed or narrow cliffs, as shown)
crowd density : self explanatory (but you can turn it on high and it wont affect your computer too much, also for better immersion)


so in summary for good performance and good quality immersion
Render Res : 1.0 or 1.1
shadow Q : medium or high
Visual Q : Medium or High
SFX Q : doesn't matter unless some of enemies loses it's particles effects go high
Overall Q : medium or high (highest takes a lot of VRAM)
anti aliasing : you can turn it off
reflection : on (it doesn't take much)
mot blur : preferences (for Cinematic immersion turn it on, for real life immersion turn it off. cuz we rarely sees blur unless we want to see it)
crowd density : high
in the first place the game itself already asking medium-high end PC iirc
(Even tho my Pc is strong enough to go on High with stable 60fps but still, WHY IS THE PLACE BEHIND WINDRISE LAG THE GAME)

This game is what really pushed me to upgrade my PC a bit, and I'm glad that I did.

Running it at everything maxed (except for Motion Blur, turn that thing off) on a consistent 1440p 60FPS on a R5 2600 and RX 5600 XT. I love it.
