I won't lie...my American ass was like "why are they using it on the passenger"

If you are from America this video gives you big anxiety. They way he just reaches around for things without pointing it out or announcing it is crazy

love how both easily go through the routine and how the cop immediately states where he's from unprompted. lovely guys

I love in Australia they randomly do stops at night to check for drunk drivers, and they're exactly like this. Super quick and just to ensure everyone's safe, drunk driving is one of the worst and irrespsonsible things people can get away with.

This happened to me too, I pulled out from downtown after dropping an order and I got pulled over for not following my turn lane into the "correct" lane. One of those situations that didn't really matter but it was 2:00 on the dot and they wanted to make sure 😂

Australia is so strict against drunk driving and I absolutely am all for it.
One of my brother’s classmates has lost their dad to a drunk driver colliding with their car and it is absolutely traumatising for everyone involved in such a very easily avoidable accident. Since hearing the news, all I could think was “That could have been our dad”

For people wondering some European countries will do this past certain hours of the night to help avoid drunk drivers that’s why they immediately let them leave no questions further and they weren’t confrontational

Aussie cops are lovely folk. Im an immigrant to Australia and I was trying to figure out how to take public transport from the Melbourne Eastern Suburbs (where this guy apparently is) to the city during a bus replacing trains period. Bumped into a group of cops. They saw I looked lost and asked if I needed help, then stayed with me til I got on the right train. Kudos.

In Melbourne the real bastards are the Myki Inspectors.

I wish American police were like this. Even if you blow clean they will still try to get you for something

Presumably you said "Thank you" because your parents raised you well and taught you manners. The cop was professional, acted in accordance with his job, and you went on your way, safe in the knowledge that drivers are randomly tested for sobriety, reducing the chance of you having a collision.

This is a man who does his job cleanly and properly,
And a police officer who does his job respectfully.

I was pulled over coming home from the cinema with 2 friends. No one had been drinking and we didn’t have any alcohol in the car. The cop said I rolled a stop sign (doubt). She then said she smelled alcohol and made me do a breathalyzer. Blew 00. She made a comment about how she had a cold so she couldn’t smell very well. I think she was just caught in a lie lol

Just say thank you. It makes you feel good. There's nothing wrong with that.

They are just doing their jobs and you are just being a good citizen. A perfect day.

Comments are hilarious
American number 1: omg that cop was so nice
American number 2: HE PULLED HIM OVER FOR NO REASON
Aussies: looks normal

The quickest episode of RBT i've ever seen. No ads, no drawn out drama only for a 0 result. Perfection

I think the comment section is another case of US citizens discovering that they are not the only country in the world
