EXTRA EXTRA, PEACE AT LAST IN UKRAINE: Putin has accepted my peace plan.  I convinced Putin that Turkey, Brasil, South Africa  and China also have beautiful beaches and are much more statically situated.  The peace loving leaders of their respective countries will each give 10% of prime beachfront to Putin (except China who already gave East Manchuria)  who will withdraw completely from Ukraine.
