can we call parent class method fun1(); without creating it's object by creating child class object if the if method of child class and parent class named same fun1();

But this is an overriding concept not overloading

What are Overloading and Overriding?

When two or more methods in the same class have the same name but different parameters, it's called Overloading. When the method signature (name and parameters) are the same in the superclass and the child class, it's called Overriding.
