I have xp with react and tried to learn RN and Flutter, and I had best dev xp using Flutter. I dont know why, but things seems more natural and intuitive using flutter. My progress is going good and fast.

Honestly Dart is super easy if you know another languages (especially Java or CPP)

3:53 I don't consider dart to be difficult because it was easy to pick up, it's the only language I didn't spend time learning, I learnt it as I was using it with Flutter to build Apps

React Native Expo puts Flutter under the bridge. Additionally, learning React Native automatically qualifies you to be a React Js developer as you can use the same skills. Let us not even forget that with your same JavaScript knowledge, you can build robust backend with Node JS.

In my opinion Flutter is almost perfect for complex mobile- and web-apps. I really don't know how it could be better! And I have used a LOT of Languages, Frameworks and IDEs during my 40 year career as a Software Developer! The only thing that it is not good at is 3D stuff like AR/VR and games.

As i started from c, c++ and now my major language is java, so javascript is difficult to me and dart is similar to java and c#. my choice point is language. of course, i like OOP

Dart is very mature & highly versatile PL. almost superpassing JS, almost like TS & C# .It's a big advantage to flutter.

just a note here: dependencies still suck with react-native - you always have to pin down all different dependencies and at the end you end up with opening up xcode or android studio. the compatibility issues are frustrating (after 11 years) - so i switched to flutter

Flutter can be installed with a few commands also... I have tried React Native before and although it is good I find that relying on third party, not always maintained plug ins, does not fit my needs. Currently trying Flutter. So far so good but indeed there is a learning curve.

I have rn and flutter experience with live projects. I need to say within honestly flutter is less painfull then rn. I remember my pains with rn, flutter comes with some builtin solutions and only that reaon enough to chose flutter but its not all of it. flutter is realy better than react native. if u familier web tech and if u have react knowledge okey no problem dont lose ur time with jumping tech to tech but if u new in mobile world u can give a chance to flutter. it will be good start.

this might or might not be true but from my experience hiring flutter devs and react native devs. react-native devs are far more experienced. flutter devs usually have a very shallow understanding of Flutter and a bad computer background, they watch some YouTube videos and start applying for jobs. I was a CTO for an application built in Flutter and hiring was very painful.

Flutter is best
Because in react native we need tons of dependencies like we literally need an third party library to switch between screens 😭

Flutter is better hands down. The video couldn't pick a winner to not piss off people.

Thanks to an amazing SDK like Expo, this competition has long been over.

Братан спасибо за инфу, но почему просто не сказать личное мнение, что тебе больше нравится? "Well it depends" обнуляет все предыдущие 10 минут видео. Видео норм 👍

3:48 Where on earth is dart a "limitation" of Flutter? Thank GOD for Dart!! Best language I ever worked with in 20 years in software development!!
If you already know JS, Java or C# it will take you 1~2 weeks to master Dart! And believe me: you won't wanna come back to them, ever!
