Weighted Hula Hoop full body workout.
Training for all hula hoopers to have fun and get fit! A workout you can do in your home environment which can be adapted to suit all levels of experience.
Short steady workout to get hula hoopers inspired to start moving around in their weighted hula hoops and have fun!

The workout consists of a quick warm up, which then eases into the flow of hula hooping in both directions.
The workout is extremely fun focusing on different muscle groups and will challenge your coordination further when training in the hula hoop.
The workout will finish with a choreographed Hula Dancercise dance at the end!

I've got arms and both directions down. Can't quiet get legs to go at same time yet. I've only been hooping for three months. Practice makes progress. Thank you 🙂
