I think I might know what this is. Khu is Chinese and sometimes he makes Chinese references that people who can't read Mandarin couldn't understand.
In Chinese, we refer to the praying gesture as "合十", which roughly translates to "Ten fingers joined together".
So it's most likely gonna be generation ten if he's being cheeky.

I'm still in the vote for China. You have the bamboo area in S/V and China has hundreds of bamboo forests, it's also playing Chinese music, the 4 sub legends all have Chinese names, and one of the very first things Khu posted about gen 10 was a redish looking mountain. So I googled red mountains in China, I forget what the area was called but there was a pic of a mountain in nearly the exact shape to the one which he posted.

Obviously it's extremely farfetched to think I'd be even remotely close but still I'm gonna stick with it till GF says otherwise.

I am glad that I am not the only one who is sick of Europe. When you look at a lot of the designs of the Paldea pokemon, it seemed like they were running out of ideas for designs that fit in a European region, so they either opted to make pokemon that are more asian themed (seriously, why do we have pokemon based on sushi & a scarab beetle in a SPANISH region?) or pokemon based on preexisting mons. I personally would rather have a South Korean region over an Italian region.

If PLZA is dropping between April & August of Next year. There is a 95% chance that gen 10 won't even be announced, let alone released, before 2026, but I could be wrong.

Just spitballing here… but…

There was a painting in Scarlet and Violet of a street with a large structure in the back ground. There are many paintings of Roman streets with the colosseum in the background that appear very similar.

Lysander was a Spartan military leader and a character in Shakespeares “Midsummer Nights Dream”. There are many reference to Shakespeares writings throughout Pokemon including Pokemon designs.

In the anime Lysanders 1st Appeaeance is in episode “ From A - Z!”.

Lysander also appears in episode “A Meeting of Two Journeys” and also appears at terminus cave in “Meeting at Terminus Cave” where he studies “Squishy” a Zygarde Cell.

In episodes “Finals Not For The Faint Hearted” & “Down To The Fiery Finnish” Lysander uses the power of Z2 (Zygarde Cell) to control Lumiose City.

He appears in “A Towering Take Over” a direct reference to Lysander taking over Lumiose Tower where he reveals his selfish plan to “Create a new world” to Ash.

I think it’s France for Z-A (confirmed) and the final legends title and possibly Gen 10 will be Italy/Greece.
