They keep trying to discover the villan butgo in circles. They make countless sacerfices to find the vilan
PLOT TWIST:
The mc realises that they have been the murder the whole time. At night a entity posses them and kils multiple people. The only way to stop it isfor the mc to die.

I'm actually writing a book and it'll be done before I leave highschool in 2027 and I plan on publishing it before then and here's the main plot, and there's a bunch of twists and turns and crazy moments in the book, here's the plot:

So it's called The Draconian Champions, Our main character, Daene, is the best fighter on drakkala and for the past 3 years a draconian has been killing off champions and Daene is his next target, and also a prophecy is found that says the Monumentals(basically giant dragons) have caught a sickness and also a being will awaken in like 6 months called Eternity that'll collide universes together and this masked draconian and his tribe are gonna try to control it, so Daene and the 3 other remaining champions must go around Drakkala curing Monumentals without this "Hunter" killing them and then slay Eternity as well while this guy tries to kill them alongside his tribe starting a war with Drakkala

It would be cool to do the last one, and make the story ‘end’ showing the MC’s peaceful life, but then after the ‘the end’ page, there is an epilogue where the consequences of the unfinished journey harm and take away their life and the family they had built. It would be really tragic and unjustified, but it would be fun to write

As soon as i saw the second one i thought of a double plot twist it was the person who killed the main villian who ended up being the real villian
